This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Scattered thunderstorms possible across
northwestern Puerto Rico, and isolated elsewhere.. Plan to stop
all outdoor activity and move to shelters.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, and small
streams. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees across coastal and
urban areas. Heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Moisture levels will remain high early this week as a tropical
wave crosses the area. This will maintain unstable weather
conditions promoting a limited to elevated flooding risk everyday.
Hot and muggy conditions will persist for most days of the week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
