Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, and small streams. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees across coastal and urban areas. Heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Moisture levels will remain high early this week as a tropical wave crosses the area. This will maintain unstable weather conditions promoting a limited to elevated flooding risk everyday.
